This page gets updated as things change. It's less a portfolio and more a running note on where our attention actually is these days.

Currently
  • Taking on our first few outside reads, brand and space audits mostly, one founder strategy session
  • Writing weekly in the Founder's Log, mostly stuff we notice while walking through other people's businesses
  • Still refining the offer structure itself, the three reads on the Process page are the first version, not the final one
  • A couple of smaller side projects in the works, more on those once they're ready to talk about
Not doing right now
  • Ongoing retainer work, every engagement so far has a clear start and end
  • Anything outside brand, space, and founder strategy, if it's not one of those three, it's probably not a fit yet
